Learnt and started his playing career in 1993 at Government College Ibadan. He played for Grier House Cricket Team for several year and also a Cricket Club within the School.
He was later invited into the School team 5 years after he had gained focus and spirit of sportsmanship. He then represented Government College Ibadan, also known as GCI in two different editions of KIGS, an HOWZAT foundation Quadrangular Cricket Tournament consisting of Kings’ College Lagos, Igbobi College Lagos, Government College Ibadan and St. Gregory College Lagos. He also represented GCI in an Annual Cricket Tournament called NNPC.
He was out of cricket for several years before joining IMCC where he rekindled his passion for the game.
He was known for his big shots till late 2018 when he broke his left Clavicle during one of the team’s training at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) Cricket Oval in Lagos.
